I guess if Regina's "Baby Book" entries are scrawled in the margins of her older sister's book, I shouldn't feel too badly about John getting one log entry per year... right?
John started walking this week. He climbs the stairs (crawling) whenever we're not looking. He climbs onto chairs and tables by pushing boxes and stools into position for stepping-stones. He climbs on Joe, he climbs on Regina, he climbs on Sean...
Vocally, he has a set of very expressive noises -- affirmative,
negative, inquisitive, plaintive...and fricative. This last was
one of Joe's early favorites, as well, since it's so versatile:
"Fff" = off, woof, cool-off-that-food-it's-hot!, make-that-fire-go!,
make-the-planet-mobile-spin-around-by-blowing-on-it!, etc...
